From a newspaper on 28 Sept 1886: "Breeding rams. Next Friday at the Veemarkt in Leeuwarden will be offered for sale 6 pieces of excellent BREEDING RAMS from H. VEEMAN in St. Anna-Parochie, purely own breeding. Candidates are requested to join ALLE KAPER at the aforementioned Veemarkt."
