In 1846 Alle was living with other day laborers. He is confirmed living in St. Jacobiparochie in the 1840-60 range, the 1870s, and the 1880s.

In April 1859 he, his brothers Sytze Cornelis Kaper and Dirk Cornelis Kaper, and a Pieter Klazes Koning sold a house in St. Jacobiparochie at or very near 660 Oudebildtdijk. In 1832 the house had been owned by Jan Durks Kaper (possibly Alle’s uncle?).

In 1880-1900, he is identified as a merchant and a gardener. He was also living with his daughter Hinke sometime in the same time period.
